ENHANCEMENTS TO GEOVERA’S HOB PROGRAM

GeoVera Insurance Company continues to listen and respond to your feedback.  Because of this, we are pleased to announce the following enhancements effective April 1, 2008:

HOB Companion Policy Credit!

Introducing “My GeoSource” our New On-line Policy Inquiry Tool!

HOB Companion Policy Credit:

A 5% credit applies when your insured has another insurance policy written through your agency.  The companion policy can be any other type of insurance coverage such as a life, commercial, auto or even a watercraft policy that is active and in-force.

For new business, just click on the Companion Policy credit box on the Application, and the 5% credit will be calculated in the quote - it’s that easy!

For policies renewing June 5, 2008 and later, simply send in a request including the policy number, name of the insured and the fact this insured has a companion policy with your agency. You can submit your request either on a per policy basis, or send us a list of your policies and indicate which ones have an active companion insurance policy.  Please send to one of the following:

“My GeoSource”: On-line Policy Inquiry

You can now get up-to-date information for any of your HOB policies 24 hours a day, 7 days a week right from our website quoter!   You will access “My GeoSource” by simply logging onto the quoter. You will notice a new navigation tab Policy Inquiry & Management in the upper right hand corner! 

After logging in, you will find an easy to follow demo for navigating through the site.

Policy Inquiry is just the first phase of many more enhancements that GeoVera will be making available to our agents through “My GeoSource.”  Soon you will be able to download Dec Pages, all notices and billing statements….stay tuned!!!
