All documents processed on or after May 1, 2008 are now available online, at your fingertips! When viewing an individual policy, you will find a “status dec” which will display the declaration page that was in effect for the policy on May 1, 2008, as well as all other printed documents moving forward.

GeoVera is also making it easier to find what you need! When viewing a policy list in myGeoSource, you will see enhanced filtering capabilities. For example, if you want to view all New Business policies issued, just click new business, and your list will refresh to show only your new business issued. You can sort by any of the header items, for example; alphabetically, date processed even by payment due date! Of course, you can always enter a name or policy number to search for a specific policy.

Not sure how to access myGeoSource? You can access this new tool by simply logging on to our quoting website.   Once you are logged in, you will notice a new navigation tab Policy Inquiry & Management in the upper right hand corner.
