Annual Replacement Cost Update
GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company’s annual replacement cost
update will go into effect June 04, 2008 for New Business and August 8,
2008 for Renewals for both our HO3 and earthquake programs in all states,
except Texas.
To more accurately calculate the insurance-to-value, this regular update takes into consideration the cost index of construction, labor and other critical factors in determining the replacement cost value of a dwelling in a given geographic location.
Please note: Quotes are valid for 60 days provided the quote is not edited. Any changes made to a quote on or after June 4, 2008 will reflect the updates to the replacement cost estimators. Changes can be requested once the policy is issued.
Once a change has
been made to a quote, the previous quote is no longer valid.

to round to
the nearest $1K, versus the prior $5K.
