Let me first thank you for your patience.  This has been a much longer process than we had anticipated due to the unique nature of ZERO SELECT.  The good news is we are able to provide relief for your clients at the most critical time, given that 96% of all catastrophic hurricanes hit after August 1st.

Based on the pre-launch demand for ZERO SELECT, we must manage capacity at the onset and will do that by offering a “controlled” roll-out for the 2008 season.  This “controlled” rollout enables you to offer policies throughout the state with the only exceptions being Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach and Monroe counties. 

This managed capacity is only temporary.  Although we were hoping to provide a more thorough range of relief at the onset, we are still excited to be able to provide this much coverage for the 2008 season.

Due to the limitations, it appears as if demand will far exceed our allowable capacity. Policies will be accepted on a first come- first served basis.  If you are unable to secure a policy in a given region, please be sure to check back at the beginning of the following month which is when we will add capacity.  It is important to note that each region will have separate capacity limitations.  If you have any questions regarding regions, please contact a Customer Service Representative at 888-317-2544 and

CITON is excited about launching the ZERO SELECT Wind Deductible Elimination Plan and we want to make this a month worth remembering!!  To kick things off we have a bonus program with up to $7,500 in prizes available in the month of August alone.  Not only does ZERO SELECT provide a great commission opportunity but our bonus program is just one more way for CITON to show our appreciation for all of your hard work.

For the month of August (ends Aug 31)

-   Top producer for the month based on total dollar value of premiums generated (must exceed $100,000) receives a week-long stay in a luxurious one-bedroom condominium in Mexico (details forthcoming).

-   $250 American Express Gift Card to the producer who binds the largest number of policies.

-   Top producer in each available region(NE, NW, EC, WC and SW) based on total dollar value of premiums generated receives a NIKE Dri-Fit Golf Shirt (and we do have a women’s style).

-   First producer in each region( NE, NW, EC, WC and SW) to bind $50,000 in premiums in August receives a $300 American Express Gift Card.

-   If monthly premiums exceed $4 million all agents who bind a policy will be entered into a drawing for a $1,000 American Express Gift Card.  Each producer will get one entry per policy so the more you bind the better your chances.

Weekly Bonus

-   All producers who bind a policy by Sunday August 10^th will be entered into a drawing for a $100 American Express Gift Card.  Each producer will get one entry per policy so the more you bind the better your chances.
