Effective September 1st, we will no longer be mailing the producer copies of GeoVera Specialty and GeoVera Insurance Company documents, notices and invoices.

As GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company strives to provide you with the tools you need to succeed, MyGeoSource the GeoVera policy inquiry & management site has been expanded to provide all policy documents! All documents processed on or after May 1, 2008 are now available online, at your fingertips! When viewing an individual policy, you will find a “Status Dec” which will display the declaration page that was in effect for the policy on May 1, 2008, as well as all other printed documents moving forward.
GeoVera is also making it easier to find what you need! When viewing a policy list in MyGeoSource, you will see enhanced filtering capabilities. For example, if you want to view all New Business policies issued, just click new business, and your list will refresh to show only your new business issued. You can sort by any of the header items, for example; alphabetically, date processed even by payment due date! Of course, you can always enter a name or policy number to search for a specific policy.
In light of this new and exciting enhancement for the GeoVera program, effective 9/1/08 we will no longer be mailing the producer copy of documents, notices and invoices for GeoVera Specialty Insurance Company products. This will not affect the insured, mortgagee, or additional interest and additional insured copies. We will continue to mail those documents as we currently do.
Not sure how to access MyGeoSource? You can access this new tool by simply logging on to our quoting website. Once you are logged in, you will notice a new navigation tab Policy Inquiry & Management in the upper right hand corner.
