We also restrict access to this personal information within our organization to those employees who need to know that information. Employees who have access to this information may use it for legitimate business purposes. Additionally, we safeguard personal information in accordance with applicable data security regulations.

We collect personal information from the following sources:

• Information we receive from you, as producing agent on applications and other forms, including but not limited to consumer reporting agencies, medical providers, home inspection reports, consumer reporting agencies, motor vehicle reports, etc. are all subject to our privacy policy.
  
  

• Hull does not intend to sell, make available to third party non-affiliates or otherwise utilize any of the reports, data, information received on the policy/policyholder except as permitted by law and necessary to market and support business transactions and the servicing of accounts.
  
  

• Even if your insured no longer maintains a policy through Hull, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to them.
  
  

• We may amend this Privacy Policy at anytime and we will inform you of changes as required by law.
